She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Edward Franklin and Patricia Carol Goen Franklin; and her friend Helen Jones. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ryan Bolling; her brother Robert Jefferson Franklin; her siblings' children, Patrica Joann Rooney and Troy Jefferson Franklin; her great-nieces, Jade Pulido Franklin, Catalina Marceline Franklin and Ella Jane Rooney; her great-nephew Caleb Thomas Rooney; her sister Margaret Annita Franklin; her nieces, Carol Elizabeth Radford and Kerrigan Alyse Stanley; her great-nephew Rylan Anthony Stanley of LaGrange, Georgia.; her sister Tera Tarwater; and her nephew Carson Tarwater of LaGrange, GA.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Family Cemetery.
