Preston Marshall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Preston Marshall in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Hopson Marshall and Alphoncie Hopson, Jr.; his brothers, Edward Marshall (Mickey) and David Hopson; and his children, Nicole Marhsall and Myrick Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Walmart; his caregiver Diane Jenkins Marshall; his sons, Hudson Marshall and Kevin Marshall; his siblings, Alphoncie Hopson, Jr., Bobby Hopson (Brenda), Melvin Hopson, Kenneth Hopson (Laurtha) and Glenn Hopson; and his sister-in-law Ivery W. Stokes. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
