He was predeceased by: his father Robert Davis; his sister Betty Godfrey; and his niece Lisa Marie Powell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Abernathy Davis; his children, Jeff Davis (Jennifer), Lindsey Fuller (Justen), Brittney Ford (Andy) and Wesley Davis (Carlie); his sister Jackie Williams (Joel); and his grandchildren, Korbin Harmon, Grayson Harmon, Hayden Harmon, Gage Davis, Blaize Davis, Malaighdyn Davis, Addi Phillips, Madison Fuller, Natalie Fuller, Aden Fuller, River Haize Ford, Finnley Ford and Cedar Ford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
