He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Cotney and Mary Robinson Cotney. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cotney; his daughters, Jackie Moulder (Wes) and Cindy Harty (Robert); his siblings, Joel Cotney and Dianne Ouimette; and his grandchildren, Trudieann Moulder, Kendalyn Moulder, John Harty and Cynthia Lockridge (Johnathan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
