He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Smallwood and Zula Mae Stanfield Smallwood; his siblings, Ronnie Smallwood and Diane Donaldson; his parents-in-law, Landon and Edna Morrow; and his nephews, Jake Morrow and Shane Lanier.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Morrow Smallwood; his children, Ty Smallwood (Tiffany), Chad Smallwood (Kim) and Kimberly Lamb (Anthony); his siblings, Sparky Smallwood (Nancy) and Darlene Lanier; his grandchildren, Selena Alexander, Skylar Tate, Cody Smallwood, Connor Smallwood, Madelyn Smallwood and Alayna Smallwood; and his great grandchildren, Adelaide Alexander, Charlotte Alexander, Truett Alexander and Emmer Smallwood.
