She was predeceased by: her parents, C. W. Stoudenmire and Frances Eggart Stoudenmire; her husband James L. Crayden, Jr.; and her sister Nina Parks. She is survived by: her daughter Francee Mitchell; her grandchildren, Jennie Mitchell, Blake Mitchell (Alysha) and Jay Mitchell (Nikki); her great grandchildren, Lilah Mitchell, Baya Mitchell, Amelle Mitchell and Hollyn Mitchell; and her brother C. W. Stoudenmire (Sandy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to First Baptist Church on the Square or Hospice LaGrange in memory of Mrs. Ruby S. Crayden.
