She is survived by: her children, David Nelson, Gerald Nelson and Sandra Whitehead; and her grandchildren, Tiquila Harris (Terry), Kardavion Nelson, Shanicia Nelson, Delmeiko Gilbert, Diamond Nelson, Nikita Bridges (Dwishawn), Kenneth Materre, Jameka Nelson and Travis Whitehead. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and relatives.
