She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Lee Wilson and Jessie LaMarle Abernathy Wilson; her sister Susan Mason; and her brother-in-law James Mason. She is survived by: her husband Rev. A. Jerome Hicks; her children, Janet Hicks, Jeff Hicks (Tanya Hicks) and Jill Dunklee (Barry); her sister Linda Walls (Dave); her grandchildren, Ashley Ozley, Brittany Cavender (Roger) and Avery Calhoun (Katlyn Driver); and her great grandchildren, Laila Ozley, Lakyn Ozley, Bristol Cavender, Charlee Kate Cavender and Denver.
