She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson Geeter and Corina Gertrude White Geeter; her husband Thurmon Stewart; and her siblings, Irene Ozley, Leila Geeter, Ruthie Moore, Betty Statum, Thomas Geeter Jr., Danny Geeter, Ronnie Geeter and Rodger Lee Geeter.
She is survived by: her children, Sabrina White (Ken) of Hogansville, Thurmon Eugene Stewart (Janice) of Rockmart, Susan McCormick (Wayne) of Dadeville, AL, Lisa McCormick (Joey) of LaGrange and Nancy Handley of LaGrange. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at the Myrtle Hill Cemetery (1100 E Main St, Hogansville, GA 30230).
