She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Barefield (Marvin); her grandsons, Jaelen, Malik and Sharif Shepherd; her siblings, Dorothy Williams and Leonard Shepherd; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Shepherd, Vivian Shepherd and Joseph Ellison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
