He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Hughes and Lois Hughes; and his brother Larry Green. He is survived by: his children, April Florence (Chris), Frank Micheal Phelps and Angel Hughes (Craig); his granddaughters, Jessica, Ariel and Ellie; and his close friend Angie Hughes.
