He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Waylon Meeks and Nora Mae Meeks; and his brother Billy Mark Meeks. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Jake Meeks (Courtney), Debbie Darlene Meeks, Wanda Mae Johnson and Sally Ann Phillips; and his nibling Trippy. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; extended family.
