She is survived by: her husband Alford McCord; her sons, Mark McCord (Tyleisha) and Alford McCord, Jr.; her grandchildren, Whitney Vickers, Umeeka Vickers, Jessica Varner, Cayden Barnes and Amir McCord; her great grandchildren, Mekel Vickers, Trinity Vickers, Zimir Vickers, Zimel Vickers and Aria Hatter; her siblings, George Wallace (Elizabeth), Jerome Wallace, Alvin Wallace (Kasha), Melvin Wallace, Charles Wallace (Angela), Pauline King, Alfreda Paulhill and Rosa Truitt; her siblings-in-law, Mildred Rutledge, Louise McCord, Ruth Walker and Mark McCord (Renear); and her close friends, Larry Harper, Liz Walker and Kathy Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakes Dunson Robertson Funeral Home (100 Corporate Plaza Dr, LaGrange, GA 30241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Thankful Baptist Church (998 Cannonville Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Pine Hill Cemetery.
