He was predeceased by: his father Frank William Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Sara Carter Fowler; his wife Kimberly "Kimmie" Roberts Fowler; his children, Hannah Fowler, Hunter Fowler, Houston Fowler, Daniel Miller (Casey), Kenneth Spradlin, Nathan Spradlin and Taylor Carter; his grandchildren, Owen Miller, Zoe Miller, Kinley Rae Spradlin, Aubree Spradlin, Brianna Spradlin, Colton Spradlin, Amirah Spradlin and Thad Carter; his sisters, Wanda Nelson (Ray), Tracy Mills and DeeDee Fowler Abner; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Johnson (Joey), William Nelson (Cami), Victoria Mills, Shelby Mills, Dakota Strickland (Nikki) and Justin Chappell. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and extended family.
