He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Owens. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Owens; his children, Max Owens, Lisa Owens and Christy Miller (Steve); his grandchildren, Hannah Miller, Zach Miller and Caleb Miller; and his great grandchild Rylie Kate Miller.
