She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany Crawford, Marianna Usry, Robert Grate, Curtis Smith, Austin Wright and Kevin Smith; and her stepchildren, Patricia Ann Evans, Peggy Spradlin and Henry Lee Gable. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
