Costley; her siblings, Buster Posey (Renee), Becky Murphy, Brenda Andrews and Jeanette Berry (Charles); her grandchildren, Chad Dickerson (Hope Fox), Rachel Logan (Johnny), Megan Holtzclaw (Clay) and Kyle Costley; her great grandchildren, Leila Jean Logan, John Mark Logan, Addison Greer, Kaylee Holtzclaw, Aubree Holtzclaw, Corbin Holtzclaw and Elaina Costley; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Costley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
