With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Richard Lanier of Lake Park, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2026 at the age of 63. In the vast expanse of eternity, Donald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Donald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Doggett and Pinckney Kirkland Lanier III; and his siblings, Sharon Walters and Pete Lanier. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Lanier (Debbie) of Newnan, Georgia, Patricia Buckley of Jennings and Ginny Lanier of Miami. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
