He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray Chitty and Barbara Ann Smith Chitty. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Garner of Lake Park, Bobbie Spivey of Lake Park and Beverly; his brother-in-law Al Bennett of Melbourne Beach, Florida; his brother Jerry; and his sister-in-law Lisa Chitty of Echols County. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
