He is survived by: his mother Susan Smith; his wife Amie Lyn Smith of Lake Park, Georgia; his children, Cadance Smith of Connecticut and Chase Smith of Connecticut; his stepchildren, Alexis Bemis of Lake Park and Tiffany Bemis of Mystic, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Celia and Charles; his sister Erica Saucier (Kevin) of Dudley, Massachusetts; and his nieces and nephews, Micayla Boots, Matthew Boots, Matt, Ryan and Ray.
