He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Troy and Annie Earl Davis (Ann); his wife Beverly Ann Bush Kinsey; his children, Kerry Kinsey and Derry Kinsey; his brother Charles Kinsey; and his brother-in-law John Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Kinsey of Seattle, Washington and Lee; his daughter-in-law Shalae Kinsey of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Masie Kinsey of Valdosta, Mylee Kinsey of Valdosta and Hugheston Kinsey of Valdosta; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Gary Evans; his brother Mark of Lake Park; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothea Kinsey of Lake Park, Nancy Kinsey of Valdosta, Gail Young, Debbie Bush, Luke Bush and Aline Crosby of Echols County.
