He is survived by: his wife Wanda Reeves; his children, Amanda Warner, Philip Warner (Destiny McConahy), Nancy Hines (Cameron), Laura Brooks (Doug) and Melissa Smart (Jason); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Hines, Brooklyn Smart and Samantha Smart; his sister Claudia Fleming; his mother-in-law Bobbie Jean McIntyre; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Stokes (Phil), Pam Brown (Kevin) and Hal Wiley (Jennifer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
