It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Moore West of Lakeland, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ellie West and Ruby Moore West; and his siblings, George West, Helen Griffith and Nell Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy West of Clearwater, Florida; his son Michael Ray Strobo (Jordan) of Clearwater, Florida; his grandsons, Michael R. Strobo, Jr. of Charlotte, Andrew Blake Strobo (Chelsea), Mason James Strobo and Monroe Lynn Strobo; his great grandchild Zoey Elizabeth Strobo; and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Warren (Winona) of Coolidge, Georgia and Linda Matthews of Ochlocknee, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
