He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Herbert Lott and Bonnie Faye Tyson Hamilton; his brother Douglas Lott; and his stepchildren, Johnny Warren, Kevin Warren and Theresa Tidwell.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Steedley Lott of Lakeland; his stepdaughters, Mandy Denton of Nashville, Shellie Luke of Nashville and Melissa Warren Barker of Nashville; and his siblings, Debbie Kent of Lakeland and Jackie Lott of Albany. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
