She was predeceased by : her parents, William Marshall Lewis and Versie Lee Warren Lewis; her husband Curtis Mathis; and her sons, Donnie Ray Mathis and Charles Mathis.
She is survived by : her son Jerry Mathis (Suzanne) of Lakeland; her daughters-in-law, Georgia, Teresa Mathis (Georgia) of Ray City and Debra Webb (Georgia) of Nashville; and her grandchildren, Christie Strickland (Curt) of Ray City, Marc Mathis (Stephanie) of Alapaha, Curt Mathis (Crystal) of Lakeland and Brooke Mathis of Lakeland. She is also survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
