He was predeceased by: his father Billy Charles Counts; his stepson Damon Ford; his sister Kimberly Counts; and his brother-in-law Eddie Dent. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jean Counts of Henrico, Virginia; his wife Becky Counts of Lakeland, Georgia; his children, Jason Counts of Maryland, Megan Sasser (Bradd) of Appling and Jessica Anderson (Ben) of North Augusta; his stepsons, Neal Ford (Angie) of Ray City and Colton Ford of Nashville, Georgia; his sister Stephanie Martin (Tim) of Goochland, Virginia; his grandchildren, Finnleigh Sasser, Luke Sasser, Brand Sasser, Cal Anderson and Eddie Anderson; his stepgrandchildren, Jaden Ford, Bruce Ford, Ansley Ford, Jace Ford and Troy Ford; and his brothers, Ricky Dent (Cheri) of Lakeland, Bob Roquemore and Lark Keene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
