He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Ralph and Louise Mullis (Dennis); and his brothers, Grady Adair, Frank Adair and James "Buddy" Adair.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Mullis (Melissa) of Lakeland, Georgia and Kayla Mullis Johnson (Ray) of Lakeland, Georgia; his grandchildren, Hannah Taylor (Avery), Grace Mullis and Skyla Blank; his great grandchildren, Cannon, Slade and Shepherd; and his brother Jerry Mullis (Judy) of Lakeland, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
