She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Stroud and Melissa Cleo Mosley. She is survived by: her husband Darryl K. Finley; her children, James Cothan (Rondal), Pamela Frady and Jerry Frady; her grandchildren, Nicole Cothran, Megan Meighen and R. J. Meighen; and her siblings, Ralph Stroud, Robert Stroud, Paul Stroud, Eunice Arnold, Montine Hammond and Edna Stroud. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia (355 Bear Creek Rd, Lavonia, GA 30553). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
