She was predeceased by: her parents, A. K. Griffin and Ethel Smith Griffin; her siblings, Lois, Margaret and Junior; and her husband Jim Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Williams of Lavonia and Mike Kesler of Lavonia; her grandchildren, Dustin Ayers (Katie) and Kristen Smith (Robbie); her great grandchildren, Hogan Ayers, Trey Silva and Waylon Smith; her nephew Rusty Smith; and her nieces, Cindy Stiles and Pam Gaeta.
