She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Poole and Jewel Bailey Poole; her husband Sherrel Lane Hendricks; and her siblings, Joyce Orvas, Lamar Poole, Murphy Poole and Jimmy Poole.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Hendricks of Lavonia; and her sisters, Patsy Hambrick (Larry) of Rogers, AR and Wendy Canfield of Lavonia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia (355 Bear Creek Rd, Lavonia, GA 30553). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at 3455 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Haw Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (1098 Haw Creek Cir E, Cumming, GA 30041).
