He was predeceased by: his father Robert Frederick Simon. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his mother Luann Reiff; and his siblings, Karen Hembree, Pamela Paulk (Buddy) and Alan Simon (Sherry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
