He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Leroy Smith and Faye Blossom Smith; his wife Janie Burgess Smith; and his daughter Jackie Smith. He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Mary Smith; and his grandchildren, Christian, Joshua, Ashlynn Smith and Christine Adams.
