With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Belinda Evans (Lawrenceville, Georgia), born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 75. As we bid Belinda farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Belinda is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bizzell and Flozy Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Jasmine and Eric; her siblings, Desiree and Lamont; and her grandchildren, Savant, Gabrielle, Ethan and Saint. She is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service (288 Hurricane Shoals Rd NE, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Gwinnett Memorial Park (925 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
