He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Hill; his wife Betty Baldwin Beam; his mother Winnie Lou Walden Beam of Scottdale, GA.; his stepmother Gladys Beam; and his siblings, Horace Beam, Ellen Register, Helen Ford and Shirley Kiney.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Beam. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.
