He is survived by: his mother Ginger Johnson; his son Ethan Johnson; his father Steven Johnson; his siblings, Andrew (Bailie Johnson) and Mallory (Matt Stevens); his nieces and nephews, Harley, Kanon, Reece, Colton and Haru; and his grandmothers, Peggy Jones and Gloria Johnson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
