He is survived by: his wife Betty Fletcher; his children, Charles Richard Fletcher, Jr., Jeffrey Scott Fletcher and Marla Elizabeth Fletcher; his grandsons, Ian Kinsey Fletcher and Joshua Cody Fletcher; and his sister Lisa Robin Bogart.
