He is survived by: his wife Frances Jo Harrell; his children, Brian Boone (Diann), Angela Harrell, Tonya Lail Watson (Troy Watson) and Sonya Harrell Pendley; his grandchildren, Natalie Logeman (Adam), Lindsay Webb (Lake), Carson Lail (Lexie), Nicholas Harrell-Torow, Garrett Lail, Sally Boone, Owen Pendley and Sidney Lail; and his siblings, William Howard Harrell, Mary Pauline Jones, Glenn Edward Harrell and Sterling Arlee Harrell. He is also survived by his two great-grandchildren.
