He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Leon Fuller Sr. and Bertie Mae Fuller; and his brothers, Jesse Fuller Jr. and Von Fuller. He is survived by: his children, Michael and Erica (Jason); his grandson Aidan; his siblings, Charlotte, Johnny and Herbert (Judy); and his wife Louise Fuller.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the As Turner Funeral Home Chapel (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Melwood Cemetery (5170 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Stone Mountain, GA 30083).
