He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Lanz (Matthew Blaney), Jessica Smith-Dunlap (Will Dunlap) and Sarah Hembree (Katie Hembree); his grandchildren, Chase Lanz, Ashton Lanz, Connor Hembree, Levi Dunlap, Riley Hembree and Devin Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Rosalia Lanz and Everleigh Lanz; and his siblings, Helen Williams, Linda Collins, William Smith and Fred Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
