He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Davis Jr. and Mammy Farris Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Fay Davis; his children, Donald Eugene Davis Jr. (Lisa Davis), Darryl Edward Davis and Kimberly Beth McCormick (Brandon McCormick); and his grandchildren, Derek Esmond Davis (Savannah Davis), Dillon Eli Davis, Jeannie Wright, Sabrina Davis, Storie Amor McCormick and Ever Adeen McCormick.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prospect United Methodist Church (1549 Prospect Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30043).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lawrenceville Masonic Lodge No. 131, F&AM. 455 Perry St, 303 S Perry St, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
