He is survived by: his wife Frances Johnson (Huff) of Lawrenceville; his children, Cynthia Johnson of Lawrenceville, Mary Ann of Lawrenceville, Steve McCart of Lawrenceville and Gerald Robert Johnson, Jr. of Lawrenceville; his grandsons, Jake, Hilary McCart of Fort Collins, CO and Cory McCart of Montgomery, AL; his great grandchildren, Creighton and Townsend McCart; his siblings, Maurice Johnson of Lawrenceville, Nelson Johnson of Lawrenceville, James Johnson of Lawrenceville, Carolyn Short of Grayson, Sandra, Harlon Thompson of Duluth and Joyce Thomason of Lawrenceville; and his sister-in-law Judy (Butch Simonton).
