He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Lisa, Dennis, Chad and Jake; his grandchildren, Christian, Elijah, Tyce, Elease, Asher and Jacques; and his siblings, Elvire Leedekerken and Wouter Leedekerken. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Humane Society, in honor of Jacques's deep love for dogs, which brought him so much joy throughout his life.
