It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Strickland (Lawrenceville, Georgia), who passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though James David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Strickland and Helen K. Strickland; and his grandson Timothy Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Kyong C. Strickland; his daughter Daphne Renee Fuller; his brothers, Frank C. Strickland, Tim Strickland and Mark D. Strickland; his stepchildren, Ethel T. Brown and Rogers Thomas, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lauren Fuller and David Fuller; and his stepgranddaughter Bianca Anderson.
