He is survived by: his wife Anna Goode (Madrid); his children, Cindy (Nick Meyer), Carla (Harry Rollins), Lori (Jeff McArthur) and John; his daughter-in-law Amy Goode; and his grandchildren, Rachael, George, Katie Meyer, Laura, Amanda, Sarah Rollins, Tori, Becca, Jeffrey McArthur, Jackson and Zoe Goode.
