He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen DuBarry and Grady Collett; and his brother Jerry Collett. He is survived by: his sister Mary "Sue" Piper; his daughters, Kathy Mauldin (Dean Mauldin) and Kim Roy (Mike Barton); his grandchildren, Amanda Oden, Lindsay Oden, Nicole Roy, Joshua Pellegrini and Sierra Champagne; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Noah, Paisley and Nash.
