He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Laura (Bailey) and James Ottis Bailey; and his brother George Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Carol Brazelton Bailey (Warren); his children, Lisa, Ernie Stovall, Stephanie, Scott Cowdrey and Adam Bailey; his grandchildren, Elijah Stovall, Nicholas Stovall and Emily Bailey; his siblings, Laura Bailey, Wanda Trojnar, Michael (Faye Bailey) and Dennis (Brenda Bailey); his stepchildren, Julie (James Kelley) and Billy (Kim Warren); and his stepgrandchildren, Maggie Kelley, Laura Kelley, Chloe Warren and Gabby Warren.
