He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his daughter Amber Rico-Freeman (Ricky Llewellyn Freeman) of Nashville Tennessee; his stepson Richard Brian Balmeo (Janica Balmeo) of Gapan City; and his grandchildren, Lillee Llewellyn Freeman, Brihanna Kayllie Balmeo, Brianne Kendra Balmeo and Brielle Kenllie Balmeo.
