He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Riley and Alvaretta Riley (Mayne). He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Righter Riley; his son Jonathan Noel Riley (Kate); and his sisters, Patricia Riley Fortney (Larry) and Sherry Riley Sturm. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Killian Hill Baptist Church & Christian School.
