He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kate Mahaffey (Reeves); and his parents, Grady Mahaffey and Bertha Mahaffey (Myers). He is survived by: his sons, Tim (Linda Mahaffey) and Steve (Tanya Mahaffey); his brother Claude Mahaffey; and his grandchildren, Amber Keene, Nikki Stanton and Ryan Mahaffey. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
