He was predeceased by: his parents, Floy Phillips (Cunningham) and Percy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Phillips (Shields); his children, Steve Phillips (Sherry) and Karen Williams (James); and his grandchildren, Bryan, Evan, Lindsey and Townsend.
